A&M women claim Big 12 soccer title

SAN ANTONIO –Suzzette Devloo gave Texas A&M its second straight Big 12 women's soccer tournament title Sunday, scoring the winning goal 38 seconds into the second overtime for a 2-1 victory over Colorado. Devloo, who came off the bench, scored on a cross from Laura Probst. The Aggies (16-3-2) earned the conference's automatic berth in the NCAA tournament. Colorado fell to 12-7-3. Texas A&M had taken a 1-0 lead in the first half when Melissa Garey scored off a pass from Kat Krambeer. Alexis Cousins tied it for Colorado on an assist by Laura Munnell in the second half.
