That's a bit more optomistic than I am - and being from the HUB, I am the Eternal Optomist.
Bottom line is this: if you're a Tech football fan, the Cotton Bowl is a BCS bowl. Period. Tech has only been twice, and lost both times.
The program has made huge strides in the last few years overall, and this is a mere stepping stone as to where I expect it to be in 2 years.
I look forward to holing up in Hotel ZaZa for that whole weekend, and hopefully come January 2, my Red Raiders will have their chance at redemption against a very talented SEC school that is rich in football history.

Coming to Dallas will be great, but if Tek gets into the Fiesta, will you Alonzo Spellman yourself into a hotel in Phoenix?
Without a doubt, I would have to bail on you guys and head to PHX.
Stranger things have definitely happened.
